We're building a £1,000,000 ecological house from on-line donations
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Two Czech students living in the United Kingdom are going to build an ecological house and to support 40 forum members in green living. The aim is to raise £1,000,000 from donations. Watch the progress on-line.
The problem we face nowadays is that we burn so much fossil fuels that it has an impact on the whole planet. Environmental groups suggest people what they should do to lower their ecological footprint but unfortunately they ask them to give up many things they like doing. The response which environmentalists receive is that many people feel that they need to protect those things. It separates our society into two groups who fight with each other.
We want to show that modern lifestyle is possible without damaging our environment. Thanks to modern technology like solar panels, wind turbines, environment-friendly products, we can live comfortably for generations to come.
We are going to build an ecological house and we are also going to support forty forum members who want to live ecologically by giving them £10,000 (around $19,000, €14,000 ).
The amount we have raised is visible on-line on http://www.ourecohouse.info and the progress of building the house will be monitored there as well.

If you like our idea you can easily support us
We started a website (http://www.ourecohouse.info), which raises money to build an ecological house and to support 40 forum members in green living by giving each of them £10,000. We raise money mainly thanks to our donors. Donations can be anonymous or we can show links to donors websites with descriptions.
Forum members who would like to receive a financial support will need to send us a proof that they do care about environment. They will need to send us receipts which show that they bought at least 3 energy saving bulbs, 3 ecological cleaning products and 3 organic food products.
Now, this is the part where it becomes really interesting. We believe that although only 40 forum members will receive a financial support, thousands of others will play the game. So there will be thousands of energy saving bulbs and ecological cleaning products sold. This will help the environment immediately.
Also the amount of money raised is visible online, so everybody can check it any time. Once it passes a certain amount we're sure that media will also mention it in their news and even more people will start to think about environment and some of them will also join the competition.
This means more environment-friendly products sold and bigger awareness about the environment among people. Environment does not have borders so everybody can play the game no matter where they live. So if this campaign succeed we will make people aware about the environment worldwide and this is exactly what our environment needs.
We're at the beginning of this journey so if you could help us to spread this information among other people maybe by posting an article on your blog or website or to copy a text below which will show our icon that would be great.

Green Living
Nowadays, life has so much to offer. There are a lot of new innovations that make things a lot easier for all the inhabitants here on this planet. We are truly living in a world of convenience, because of the huge number of new technology out of the market every second. These man made creations in fact is giving us so much comfort that we neglect to think about the negative effects that these creations could give our mother Earth. We have been so hooked up on these tools that we do not mind overusing it for our convenience.
What we are missing out is the adverse effect of overusing these innovations. We must remember that the raw materials being used on the things that we enjoy most nowadays are not easy to produce and we might end up losing it. Bear in mind that we are not the only generation to inhabit this planet. There are still future generations to come. This generation should think of means to be able to preserve these natural resources to ensure that our next generation will enjoy the comfort that we experienced. It would be totally unfair for the next batch of inhabitants if they would end up living a miserable life because our generation drained these natural resources because we overused it.
We on http://www.ourecohouse.info are initiating a step forward to make the people aware about what is going on in our planet. This website does not encourage that all of the people should go back to being primitives again. We want to open the minds of the people to make them aware of the things that might happen if this exaggerated consumption of natural resources continues. This site also allows us to increase our awareness regarding issues that could greatly affect the quality of life that our future generation might have. Aside from giving tips on how to save up these natural resources, ourecohouse.info also provides alternative resources to be used in lieu of the resources that might end up getting drained.
Aside from earning social awareness on this matter, we are also opening its doors for discussion or additional information on how to make use of these innovations the best way possible. Feel free to join in our forum and speak your mind and share your ideas on how to save resources without the need to quit from the type of lifestyle that you currently enjoy.
